What areas do you serve?

We deliver across the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Oshawa, and more. View our full service area map.

How fast is express delivery?

Express delivery is guaranteed within 2 hours for Core GTA zones (Toronto, North York, Scarborough, Etobicoke). Inner and Outer GTA zones have slightly longer express windows.

How do I track my package?

Enter your tracking number on our Track page. You'll see real-time GPS location, status updates, and estimated delivery time.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All payments are processed securely through Bambora (Worldline) with PCI DSS compliance.

How do I request a refund?

Visit your Dashboard > Billing to request a refund for any eligible transaction. You can also use our dedicated Refund Request page. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

What package protection is included?

Every delivery includes built-in compensation coverage of up to $300 at no extra cost. VIP members receive higher coverage: Gold ($500), Platinum ($1,000), and Black ($2,000). Claims must be filed within 48 hours.
