02

How we use information

We may use information to:

  • Create and secure accounts and provide authenticated features.
  • Prepare quotes and process, dispatch, deliver, track, and support orders.
  • Process payments, memberships, refunds, claims, and billing questions.
  • Send receipts, service updates, security notices, and support responses.

03

Order and delivery information

Delivery details may be shared with drivers, dispatch personnel, recipients, and operational partners where necessary to complete or support an order. Customers are responsible for having authority to provide another person’s contact and delivery information.

04

Payment information

Stripe processes card and subscription payments. Anaheim Express receives transaction details such as status, amount, card brand, and limited card information, but does not intend to store full payment card numbers on its own servers.

05

Account information

Firebase services support account authentication and may store customer, order, or uploaded information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized account access.

06

Communications

Resend or another approved email provider may deliver confirmations, receipts, account notices, and support messages. Promotional communications, if used, should include consent and unsubscribe controls where required by applicable law.

07

Service providers and processing locations

We use providers for authentication, databases, file storage, payments, email, hosting, address lookup, distance calculation, and related infrastructure. This currently includes Firebase, Stripe, Google address or mapping services, and Resend.

Providers may process information outside Ontario or Canada. Information processed elsewhere may be subject to the laws and lawful access requirements of that jurisdiction.

08

Data retention

We may retain information for as long as reasonably needed to provide services, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet tax, accounting, insurance, or legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable law.

09

Security

We aim to use safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls, authentication, and encryption in transit where supported. No electronic service can guarantee absolute security.

10

Your choices

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent to non-essential uses, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where legally permitted or required.

11

Children’s privacy

Anaheim Express services are not directed to children. Accounts and purchases should be created by a person with legal capacity to enter the transaction or by an authorized business representative.
