3. Payment Security

All payment transactions are processed through Bambora (Worldline), which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Card data is tokenized and encrypted in accordance with Payment Card Industry standards.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Our courier partners for delivery fulfillment within the GTA
  • Bambora (Worldline) for payment processing
  • Insurance providers for package insurance claims

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Transaction records are kept for 7 years in accordance with Canadian tax requirements. You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us.
