Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Anaheim Express services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Our Services are available to individuals and businesses located within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and surrounding regions of Ontario, Canada.

2. Service Description

Anaheim Express provides:

• Same-day and next-day package delivery within the GTA
• Express delivery (2-hour guaranteed) for eligible areas
• Real-time GPS-based package tracking
• Built-in package protection (up to $300 compensation, or higher for VIP members)
• VIP membership plans with exclusive rates and priority service

3. Service Area

Our delivery services operate exclusively within the Greater Toronto Area, including but not limited to: Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Oshawa, Whitby, Ajax, Pickering, Newmarket, Aurora, Milton, and Georgetown. Service availability may vary by zone.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to Ontario HST (13%)
• Payments are processed securely via Bambora (Worldline) payment gateway
• Pricing is based on package size, weight, distance, and service level
• Membership plan holders receive discounted rates as specified in their plan
• Quotes are valid for 30 minutes from generation

5. Package Restrictions

The following items are prohibited from our delivery service:

• Hazardous materials, explosives, or flammable substances
• Illegal or controlled substances
• Firearms or weapons
• Live animals
• Perishable goods requiring temperature control (unless arranged in advance)
• Items exceeding 100 lbs without prior arrangement

6. Liability

Every delivery includes built-in compensation coverage of up to $300 CAD per package. VIP members receive enhanced coverage up to $2,000 CAD depending on membership tier (Gold $500, Platinum $1,000, Black $2,000). Claims must be filed within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Delivery Guarantees

• Express deliveries: 2-hour guarantee within Core GTA zones. If delayed, a full refund of the express surcharge is provided.
• Same-day deliveries: Packages picked up before 2:00 PM ET will be delivered the same business day.
• Next-day deliveries: Delivered by end of the following business day.
• Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or other conditions.

8. Membership Terms

VIP membership subscriptions are billed monthly and auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds for partial periods.

9. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
