01

Acceptance of terms

You must have legal capacity to enter a contract or authority to act for the business you represent. If you do not agree with these terms, do not create an account or purchase a service.

Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

02

Use of the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not interfere with its security, availability, or other users. Estimates, availability, and website content may change or contain errors that require correction.

03

Accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. We may restrict or close an account associated with fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, non-payment, or a material breach of these terms.

04

Orders and delivery services

You are responsible for accurate pickup, delivery, recipient, package, and access information. You must package items appropriately and have authority to send them.

We may reject or cancel an order that is unsafe, prohibited, outside the service area, materially different from its booking details, or impracticable to complete. Delivery windows are estimates unless a specific written guarantee is included with the service.

05

Pricing and payment

Prices are stated in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Quotes are based on the details provided and may be adjusted if addresses, package dimensions, weight, wait time, access, or handling requirements change.

Stripe processes card and recurring membership payments. By confirming a transaction, you authorize the applicable charge and any clearly disclosed recurring renewal.

06

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing lawful, complete, and accurate order information.
  • Using packaging appropriate for the item and delivery method.
  • Ensuring someone can provide and receive the package where required.
  • Not sending dangerous, illegal, restricted, perishable, or unusually valuable goods unless expressly accepted in writing.
  • Reviewing tracking, service notices, fees, and cancellation terms.

07

Prohibited use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, submit fraudulent transactions, violate another person’s rights, or use Anaheim Express to transport prohibited goods.

08

Service availability

Services may be unavailable or delayed because of demand, weather, traffic, road conditions, safety concerns, system outages, third-party failures, or other circumstances. We may modify or suspend a feature where reasonably necessary.

09

Intellectual property

The Anaheim Express name, branding, website design, software, and original content are owned by Anaheim Express or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit copying, resale, or commercial reuse without authorization.

10

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Anaheim Express is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost profit or business interruption. Liability for package loss or damage may be limited by the protection level and terms applicable to the order.

These limitations do not apply where they are prohibited by law and do not remove non-waivable consumer rights.

11

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as services or legal requirements change. Material updates may be communicated through the website, account, or email where appropriate. Continued use after an update is subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario, subject to any mandatory law that applies in another jurisdiction.
