Commitment to accessibility

We aim to identify, prevent, and address accessibility barriers in our digital services and customer communications. Our work is informed by applicable Ontario accessibility requirements and recognized digital accessibility practices.

This statement describes our goals and current approach. It is not a guarantee that every page, document, or third-party service will be free of barriers at all times.

02

Website accessibility goals

When designing and maintaining the website, we aim to support:

  • Keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
  • Logical headings, labels, and semantic page structure.
  • Readable text, sufficient colour contrast, and responsive layouts.
  • Text alternatives for meaningful images and understandable form errors.

03

Known limitations

Some older content, complex checkout controls, maps, payment interfaces, or other third-party components may not provide the same level of accessibility as the rest of the website. These services can also change outside our direct control.

If a feature prevents you from accessing information or completing a task, contact us so we can discuss another practical way to assist you.

04

Feedback and support

To report an accessibility barrier, identify the page or feature involved and describe the support you need. You may also tell us which browser, device, or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable doing so.

We will review requests and respond as reasonably possible. Where required by law and practicable, we will work with you to provide accessible formats or communication support.

05

Ongoing improvements

We may review accessibility during design, development, content updates, and issue remediation. Priorities may depend on the severity of a barrier, how often a feature is used, and the effort required to provide an effective solution.
